The Requirement

We were approached for a 10 bay site office & welfare building set over 2 floors. The ground floor having Drying rooms, washrooms and Canteen facilities for up to 150 people on site. The 1st floor was to include a large meeting room with large windows over looking the site, Open plan office area, Washroom and a small kitchen for the office staff. The client was very keen to offer a high quality work space for its workers in their company colours complete with branding. 4More Space was chosen to provide this as confidence was given through previous jobs which we had provided. This had met their specification and more importantly within their tight deadlines.

The Solution

We provided a 10 bay building in the clients colours, built to a high specification. This was manufactured off site and delivered within a matter of weeks from sign off, of the layout drawings. Once on site the building was ready for occupying within 4 days. 4More Space also provided connections to mains services and all furniture, allowing the client to concentrate on their project.
This building will be on hire for 10 Months and then will be transferred to another of the same clients site where it will be used on another project
