Replace an existing roof on a clients 3 storey Modular building

The Requirement

A project to replace the whole of the roof on an existing 3 storey modular building that had been leaking for some time.

The Solution

We replaced all the roof membranes (Blankets) replacing them with a Firestone product. This product carries a 20 Year manufacturers guarantee. Along with replacing the roof blankets we renewed timbers where needed and also added further insulation to avoid any cold bridging inside the building. From start to finish we stripped and replaced 18 Roof blankets within 1 week, this was of course subject to the weather conditions working with us. We have since been tasked with replacing further roofs on the same site as the client was very satisfied with the quality of our work and service.
