Site Welfare & Office facilities for Warehouse construction Project

Our client required site offices & welfare facilities to cater for 120 people set over 2 floors. The ground floor having an open plan Canteen, Kitchen for on site caterers, Toilets & Drying room. The 1st floor needed to include a large meeting room with large windows over looking the site, Open plan office area, Washroom and a small kitchen for the office staff. The client was very keen to offer a high quality work space for its workers in their company colours complete with branding. 4More Space was chosen to provide this as confidence was given through previous jobs which we had provided, meeting their specification and especially within their tight deadlines.
We provided an 8 bay building in the clients colours and built to a high specification, this was manufactured off site and delivered within a matter of weeks from sign off, of the layout drawings. Once on site the building was ready for occupying within 4 days. 4More Space also provided connections to mains services and all furniture, allowing the client to concentrate on their project.
